Compáz, a collective of scientific and artistic visionaries, is an incubator of ideas that are committed to shared goals: creating, managing, and promoting projects that drive social progress. Laure-Emmanuelle Perret
Founding member of Compáz and director of LMNT consultancy, Laure-Emmanuelle is an accomplished scientist and expert in the field of photovoltaic, she considers herself to be a passionate and committed researcher and entrepreneur. She is driven by studying the impact technology has on our society and how we relate to it’s ever-increasing importance in our daily lives.
Yvanna Paiva Ferreira
After her studies in communication, Yvanna took her first steps in the Bureau du 111 in which Compáz is evolving in 2021. Although she began by working solely for the communications agency Inox, which is also part of the 111, she soon joined the Compáz team as a project coordinator. Her great sense of organisation and her thirst for discovery make her a necessary cog in the wheel of the projects carried out by the team. Yvanna has no secrets about coordination, but she also brings her skills in communication strategy to the association.
Alexis Flouck
Alexis joined Compáz in 2021 from the world of digital communication. Working at the same time at Inox Communication, where he holds the position of Digital Strategist, he is a curious person who is sensitive to societal evolutions and technological innovations. Convinced that a message, even a technical one, can be made accessible to as many people as possible, especially when it is of general interest, he brings his skills as a communicator in a constantly evolving field to the Compáz team

Pour améliorer notre impact social et environnemental, nous participons au programme Swiss Triple Impact (STI), initié par B Lab Suisse. Utilisant les 17 Objectifs de Développement Durable (ODD) comme cadre de référence, nous avons pu cibler les ODD les plus importants pour notre entreprise et mettre en place un plan d'action concret. Ces objectifs ont ensuite été soumis à un processus de revue d'éligibilité au cours duquel B Lab Suisse a examiné l'impact et la pertinence de chaque engagement en matière de durabilité, ainsi que le plan d'action détaillé.
